Big News for the Washington County Antique Fair

Due to the incredible growth of the show, we have officially outgrown our parking lot. At the Spring show in 2021, our existing parking area was beyond capacity and some customers had trouble finding a spot. As a result of this we have decided to move the customer parking for the show to the main fairgrounds parking area on the west end of the fairgrounds. This area is much larger and much easier for customers to get in and out of.

To make this happen we are moving the ticket booths to the gate at that end. Customers will be entering and leaving from the west instead of the north side.

This opens up a large area for us to expand dealer areas into. There now will be about 20 new outdoor spaces right along the entranceway, on nice high ground with grass. This area never floods or gets muddy. These will be prime selling locations due to the high foot traffic. These spots are all available now for any dealer to move their existing reservation to, or for new reservations.

With the old parking lot now available we will be using that area for dealer parking. During the show, we will no longer be allowing dealer vehicles to be parked in random places around the grounds. All dealer parking will be in designated dealer parking areas.

During public hours on Saturday and Sunday these will be:

  • In the former customer lot on the north side of the grounds – Dealers in buildings 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 will be able to park in this lot and walk through the gate where customers used to come through. If you think you may need to leave the grounds during show hours, use this lot.
  • Behind building 21 and the food court – There will be a large roped off area set up for dealers in buildings 1, 2, 3, 19, 20, 21, 26, 31, 32, 34
  • Next to the show office – There will be a third roped off area near the show office for dealers in building 1, 2, 12 and 19

Vehicle access to buildings during Thursday and Friday setup, and before/after hours is not affected. You will still be able to drive your merchandise to your booth during those times.

Dealers who set up in outside booths and sell out of their vehicle, will be able to continue to do so, but will be closely monitored for unauthorized driving.  Dealers who set up in the big tent and back a vehicle or trailer up to the side of the tent, will be able to continue to do so, but will also be closely monitored for unauthorized driving.

Below you will find a revised layout map (not to scale) of the grounds detailing the coming changes. This information will be posted on our website, on our Facebook page and emailed to dealers with an email address in our files.
